NEW DELHI - The Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) has announced that the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Autumn-Winter 2011 will be held April 6-10.

“The recently concluded edition of WIFW received an overwhelming response from the designers, buyers and the entire fashion fraternity and once again proved itself as the only business of fashion event committed to promoting excellence and encouraging new talent,” said Sunil Sethi, President of FDCI in a statement.

“In this edition, we will continue to display the same commitment towards ushering multiple trade opportunities through whole-hearted participation by designers, buyers, sponsors and the fashion fraternity,” he added.

The five-day extravaganza will take place in Pragati Maidan and FDCI is planning to make special arrangements to ensure an exhilarating assemblage of exquisite lounges, exotic on-site restaurants, caf counters and plush salons.
