LeAnn Rimes ’sick of Eddie Cibrian engagement rumours’

NEW YORK - Singer LeAnn Rimes has slammed eonline.com for reporting that she and beau Eddie Cibrian were engaged to be married, claiming the story was “150percent untrue.”

Rimes posted a fake photograph on Halloween in which Eddie appeared to be proposing but later said it was a joke.

“Ok, I’ve about had it with the lack of “reporting” with E News,” the New York Daily quoted her as tweeting on Friday.

“Even though this is positive ‘news’ its not true,” the country star wrote.

The singer is furious about the lack of “investigative reporting” in the press.

After going on to say that she and Cibrian were “beyond happy,” Rimes claimed she would share her engagement with her family before “exclusively” breaking the news to anyone else.

“I’M PREGNANT TOO!!! LOL” the 28-year-old singer joked.

“Thanks to all of our wonderful fans for the premature congrats, but for now, let’s all be happy we’re happy and still and will remain together!” she wrote.

According to eonline.com, Rimes and Cibrian were “p—ed” they broke the news on Thursday because they allegedly wanted to give the exclusive story to another outlet, complete with photos. (ANI)
