WASHINGTON - Model/singer Tila Tequila’s appeal for a restraining order against her sex tape has been denied by a judge, who says she loves the publicity she gets.
Tila, 28, had through her lawyer Alan Gutman asked an L.A. County Superior Court judge for an injunction, prohibiting the release of one of her sex tapes. utman argued that the tape, which was shot more than 7 years ago during a trip with her boyfriend, was an invasion of privacy and a misappropriation of her image.
But the judge was not moved by the appeal Gutman made on behalf of Tila.
“Tila exploits her sexuality,” TMZ.com quoted the judge as saying. e said that Tila’s lawyer hadn’t made enough of a case to warrant a restraining order.
Tila on the other hand has revealed that she is not giving up without a fight.
“This doesn’t mean that the battle is over. I can still take this to federal court,” she stated. (ANI)
