British singer ROBBIE WILLIAMS was thrilled to appear in a one-off LITTLE BRITAIN show - insisting the cross-dressing cameo was worth “ten Brit awards”.

The Angels hitmaker donned a dress and wig for a sketch with David Walliams and Matt Lucas as part of 2005’s Comic Relief fundraiser.

And Williams loved his onscreen experience so much, he’s adamant it was better than many of his musical achievements.

He tells Britain’s Glamour magazine, “Though it’s not my bag to be an actor, it’s always great to be in TV sketch shows that you’re a big fan of. It’s great to do something that you wouldn’t normally do, and to be invited into something as brilliant as Little Britain is definitely ten Brit awards.

“It was also great because I could do it - I could do the character that they do. And the dress was very comfortable. I felt at ease all day.”
