Cocktails TV Rights Sold For One Crore

September 20, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Debutant director Arun Kumar’s Malayalam movie Cocktail has earned around one crore for its satellite rights even before the release of the movie. Arun Kumar has been a regular editor of filmmaker Priyadarshan’s movies.

The shooting of the movie is almost complete and is in the post production stage now. The lead stars of the movie include the actors like Anoop Menon, Jayasuriya, and Samvrutha Sunil. The movie has been made with a small budget and the shooting for only few days have remained.

However, the movie has almost become successful even before it could be released in theaters and this has happened due to the whooping amount of the satellite rights.

Cocktail will be made with a total duration of 2.15 hours and will be released in theaters in a few weeks. The movie needs to collect only half of the amount collected from satellite rights to be called as successful film and it is very sure to do so.

The script for Cocktail has been penned by Anoop Menon and Milan Jaleeel has produced it under the banner of Galaxy films. Pradeep Nair is the cameraman and the music has been composed by Alphonse.

Debutant Arun Kumar has to prove himself in direction with this as he has edited many others!
