Srinivasa Raju and Prajwal Unite Agins For Kote

September 9, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Kannada movie star Prajwal Devaraj is again uniting with his Nannavanu director Srinivasa Raju for a new movie titled ‘Kote’. The producers Manjunath and Murthy of ‘Deadly 2’, fame will be producing this new movie.

Prajwal is the son of esteemed actor Devraj. He essayed the double role in his last movie ‘Nannavanu’ and now he will do it again in ‘Kote’. However, the actor said that it has been shaped in a different angle by the director Srinivasa Raju.

The director was motivated to come with this subject in ‘Kote’ after watching his role ‘Basava’ during the second half of the movie ‘Nannavanu’. The role of Basava inspired the director to write the screenplay for his upcoming film ‘Kote’. Prajwal said that he had to undergo lots of changes for the last half of the movie.

Srinivas Raju will direct this film with the philosophy of that people fail to see the piled up good things in the society when they look at the bad things. ‘Kote’ is going to be a love story cum action film. Ragini is one of the heroines in this movie and the search for the second female lead is going on. According to the director, it is a screenplay based film.

The role of villain will be played by Saikumar’s younger brother Ravishanker. Ravi, the Mr India body builder is essaying the role of an inspector in ‘Kote’.
