Movie star GEORGE CLOONEY gave U.S. TV audiences a laugh at the 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday night (29Aug10) by making a surprise appearance opposite MODERN FAMILY actress JULIE BOWEN. The pair took part in a skit celebrating the night’s nominated comedies. Clooney was on hand at the event to accept the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award, honouring his use of television to help good causes.
