Bale Pandiya Remake Of I Hired A Contract Killer?

August 31, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Designer Siddarth’s debut directorial ‘Bale Pandiya’ is all set to hit the screens on 3rd September and here’s interesting news about the film. It seems that the film is inspired from Hollywood film ‘I hired a contract killer’, which was directed by Aki Kaurismaki. The film revolves around a hopeless youngster, who finds himself unsuccessful in all his ventures. Filled with anxieties, he attempts for suicide, which again turns to be abortive.
Finally, he hires a contract killer to murder him at an unspecified time in future. But sooner, the protagonist finds a new lease of life when he comes across a girl and falls in love with her. When he decides to cancel the contract, he finds himself held in a deplorable scenario as the place, where his meeting with contract killer took place is completely demolished and there is no way he can get in touch with him.
Actor Vishnu of ‘Vennila Kabadi Kulu’ fame takes on the lead role while Piyaa stars opposite him in female lead role. Devan Ekambaram’s songs have already become chartbusters with three songs ringing continuously on everyone’s I - pods and music channels.
