National Cheesecake Day Celebration in Chicago

Chicago (GaeaTimes.com) - Today 30 July is observed as National Cheesecakes’ Day in Chicago, USA. This is an unofficial holiday for reasons yet to discover. Still it has gained popularity in Food articles, blogs making it a “happening” phenomena.

The biggest virtue of this day has been for the Cheesecake Factory which has taken all the advantage of it to promote its namesake product. The cakes are very versatile as according to the origins. The styles have evolved according to the origins or with the main ingredients used. For example, New York style is relying upon heavy cream. Sour Cream style which replaces heavy cream with sour one. 4 pm : Original Plain Cheesecake
5 pm : Chocolate Caramel Pecan Cheesecake
