Zsa Zsa Gabor in critical condition, says husband

LONDON - Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband has revealed that the legendary actress is in a critical condition in a Los Angeles hospital after an operation.
Prince Frederic von Anhalt, Gabor’s 9th husband, said his wife was not technically in coma but was not even answering to those around her.
The 93-year-old star underwent hip replacement surgery after she fell at her Bel-Air home.
The surgery was successful in treating her broken hip, but Gabor suffered a concussion as a result of the fall.
“The doctors want to observe her over the weekend to make sure her condition improves, but right now it is not looking good,” Sky News quoted Von Anhalt as telling a foreign news agency.
However, Constance Francesca Hilton, Gabor’s daughter, contradicted Von Anhalt’s assessment of the actress’s health.
“She is not in a coma. She is not on any kind of death watch. She is responsive and on medications,” Hilton said.
“All vital signs are still going strong, and she is talking,” she added.
The ‘Moulin Rouge’ star was partially paralyzed in a 2002 car accident. She fell out of bed last week while watching television and reaching to answer the phone. (ANI)
