Zara Nach Ke Dikha Declares Winners

MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- “Zara Nach Ke Dikha”, the dance reality show on Star Plus, has come to an end. In the battle between the boys and girls of television, it is the fairer sex who have gone home with a smile on their faces and a fat cheque in their hands. The girls’ team called ‘Masakali’ consisted of actresses like Aditi Gupta, Hazel Crowney, Kritika Kamra, Mukti Mohan, Rakhi Sawant, Rashmi Desai, Sangeeta Ghosh and Sanjeeda Sheikh along with child actor Sparsh Khanchandani. All team members will have to share the total amount of five million rupees that they earned as prize money from the show.

The finale episode not only featured the performers dancing to different numbers on the stage but also showcased the dancing talents of judges Shilpa Shetty and Arshad Warsi. While the former danced to a ‘mujra’, the latter rocked the “Zara Nach Ke Dikha” stage with his wife Maria Goretti. Both performances were choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant, who is also one of the judges on the show.

The boys’ team could do nothing but accept that the girls were the better performers. Special appearances by cricketers Harbhajan Singh and Irfan Pathan, who were the guests for the final episode of “Zara Nach Ke Dikha”, only helped to add to the attraction of the show which has been among the most highly viewed reality television programs since it went on air more than a month ago. While performers were awarded, the judges too went back home with trophies in their hands. Some consolation for the boys came in the form of a Mahindra Xylo for Akkshat.
