Park Yong Ha Commits Suicide

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA (GaeaTimes.com)- Park Yong Ha who happens to be one of the most sought after actors of South Korea apparently committed suicide on Wednesday. Park Yong Ha was 33 years old and lived with his family in Seoul. His mother was the one who found him dead in his own room.

Park Yong Ha hanged himself from a cell phone charging cable which finally left him breathless. His mother told the cops that Park Yong Ha had turned out be an insomniac and used to consume sleeping pills. Park Yong Ha had been messaging his ill father just a few hours back before he committed suicide. His father happens to be a terminal patient suffering from stomach cancer. While he messaged his father, Park Yong Ha kept saying “sorry” to him and when he went back to his room he hanged himself from the charging wire.

Park Yong Ha made his debut in acting way back in the year of 1992 and rose to fame with his 2002 television drama “Winter Sonata” which was rated number one in the popularity charts all over Japan and Southeast Asia. Many celebrities flocked together to mourn the death of the actor as the news reached their ears.

So Ji Sub who was a fellow actor to Park Yong Ha was the first one to have arrived at the mortuary and was standing in tears. Singer and actress Eugene who had been close to the actor was equally shocked at the news and was spotted wiping her tears silently. Both Eugene and Park Yong Ha had ended their relationship a few months back.
