LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Jon Gosselin has dropped the full custody battle for the children according to his ex-wife Kate Gosselin. The news was revealed by the reality queen and the mother of eight Kate Gosselin in the Today show of NBC. The lady who is back to the world of reality television with the fresh new show of TLC named “Kate Plus 8″, discussed her present state and the personal turmoil that she went through last year after getting divorced from Jon Gosselin.

Kate Gosselin mentioned to the host of the “Today” Show on Friday last week that she would like to erase the memory of the year 2009 from her mind. When asked about her ex-husband Jon Gosselin, Kate Gosselin went on to say that Jon Gosselin has dropped the full custody suit from the court. She added at the same time that the two now share an amicable relationship. However, Kate Gosselin repeatedly said that the situation is normal at “this moment” and fears that it might change in the very next moment. Kate Gosselin told, “I worry every day where we’re going to be”.

The full custody battle of the eight children began while Kate Gosselin was preparing for the “Dancing with the Stars” reality show. Jon Gosselin had mentioned in the petition that Kate Gosselin was neglecting her duties towards the children. Now as the suit has been dropped, Kate Gosselin maintains that though it is hard to answer her children’s query every other day about their father Jon Gosselin’s girlfriends, she is in a better position now than she was a year ago.
