Simon Monjack, Brittany Murphy’s Husband Delayed Heart Surgery

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- According to the latest reports, Simon Monjack delayed a necessary heart surgery. Though on Sunday night the police could not say for sure the cause of death but mentioned that there was no foul play involved in death of Simon Monjack and that he had died of a natural cause. On Monday, Roger Neal the publicist of Simon Monjack told to media sources that the widower of Brittany Murphy was delaying a heart bypass surgery.
Roger Neal said that Simon Monjack was planning a gala benefit for the Brittany Murphy Foundation which would have helped city kids to learn more about arts. Simon Monjack was thus keeping busy with that work and delaying the advised bypass surgery reportedly. The publicist said that he was told that Simon Monjack needed a bypass surgery and he also asked the later to go for it as soon as possible to keep healthy, however Simon Monjack reportedly said that “the bypass can wait”. However, Roger Neal mentioned that he does not know for sure how urgent the need for the heart bypass surgery was. According to him Brittany Murphy’s mother Sharon Murphy too knew about the fact and had confirmed it to him. However, Simon Monjack did not make it public as he “had so much going on”.
On Sunday night Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack was found unconscious in his Hollywood Hills apartment by Sharon Murphy who then called for the emergency service. The investigation on the death of Simon Monjack is still on and the exact cause of the death can only be known after the autopsy reports that are still pending, are declared.
