Rutherford Moves On With New Man

GOSSIP GIRL star KELLY RUTHERFORD has found love again with an old friend following her messy divorce battle.

The actress filed for divorce from Daniel Giersch in December 2008 while she was pregnant with their second child, and the couple subsequently became embroiled in a bitter custody fight over their two kids.

But the 41 year old is moving on from the split - she is reportedly dating an old pal.

A source tells E! Online, “Kelly has known him for years. They are old friends, she really trusts him, and she feels like he is exactly the opposite of her ex-husband.”

Her spokesperson has confirmed the news but declines to identify Rutherford’s beau: “Kelly does indeed have a new man in her life, but that’s all we’re sharing for now.”
