LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Certain reports on the grapevine state that Matt Lauer, the famous host of the even more famous television show, ‘The Today Show,’ has been caught cheating on his wife. Not caught as in the exact sense of the term, but reports have surfaced of his infidelity. The lady in the middle is none other than Meredith Vieira. However, the reports are not yet confirmed, although that hasn’t stopped the tongues from wagging, threatening to unleash a huge television controversy. So far, none of the two people involved has commented on the matter.

Now it is rather surprising that the Matt Lauer cheating news is taking so many people off guard, seeing as it is that just a few days back Matt Lauer had separated with his present wife, and the two had even filed for divorce. However, ever since, they had reconciled, and their marriage seemed to be going fine, at least to all appearance. However, it cannot be denied that then separation that did not work out could not have come at a worse time, when his wife was pregnant with the couple’s third child. The incident occurred back in 2006.

Reports state that Matt Lauer’s wife had been suspecting for a very long time that her husband was cheating on her. However, she was not the only one who had been sniffing the possibility. The viewers of the show have also been talking about it for quite some time now, owing to the obvious tell-tale body language of the two. Some other reports also state that Matt Lauer has already split from his wife after reports of him cheating on her surfaced.
