Melua Confused By Sexuality

Singer KATIE MELUA has fuelled speculation she is bisexual after talking candidly about her confusion over the issue in a new interview.

The 25 year old singer has previously dated The Kooks frontman Luke Pritchard and was later romantically linked to female photographer Lara Bloom.

Melua has long refused to confirm whether she is gay, but has now hinted she is bisexual after revealing she often finds the rules of attraction unclear.

She tells Britain’s Daily Telegraph newspaper, “First of all, I can tell you that I’m single, which is not lovely, but it is what it is. I really don’t think whether you are gay or not is the whole identity of a person. It’s just one side; it doesn’t have to be the thing that defines you.

“We live in the 21st century: questions of sexuality are not outdated, but I don’t think the lines are very clear and they are not always clear to me.”
