Colin Hanks’ Hush -Hush Wedding

CALIFORNIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Every time one witnesses a Hollywood wedding, one can very well place their bets that it’s going to be a starry affair as one witnesses a bevy of Hollywood stars attending the occasion. Quite surprisingly, it was a secret affair as Colin Hanks, the star son of Tom Hanks entered into wedlock with his fianc Samantha Bryant. Reportedly, Tom Hanks maintained a great deal of secrecy as son Colin Hanks walked the aisle with New York publicist Samantha Bryant.

The West Hollywood Hotel was the venue for the wedding where Colin Hanks and Samantha Bryant got married in the rooftop area of the hotel where friends and family members had flocked together to wish the young couple. Although the wedding was a hush-hush affair quite a handful of Hollywood celebrities made their presence felt at Colin Hanks’ wedding, namely, Reese Witherspoon and Alissa Milano along with Steven Spielberg.

The hotel authorities told the media that the family wanted to cut off media from covering Colin Hanks wedding. They wanted the wedding to be a private occasion and thus all the other guests who were staying in the hotel were politely asked to vacate the pool area after 3 p.m. As a compensation, the family offered free drinks to all of them. It was also said that Colin Hanks signed the legal marriage certificate under the name Colin Bryant. Close sources told the media that it was Tom Hanks’ idea to ensure that Colin Hanks’ wedding doesn’t draw much attention. Although the actual reason remains unknown, it’s speculated that both Tom Hanks as well as Colin Hanks wanted their private party to be free from any media interference which they feel is an unnecessary hassle.
