Milano Helps Injured Dog

ALYSSA MILANO has proved herself an animal-lover by donating money to a pet rescue centre to aid the recovery of a dog who lost both front legs in a traffic accident.

The Charmed star fell in love with little Scooby-Roo, who was found underneath a wrecked car in Los Angeles, and has branded herself the pooch’s official ‘godmother.’

The actress has donated money to the Fuzzy Rescue charity to fund the cuddly canine’s rehabilitation, which will include fitting him with a set of wheels to help restore his mobility.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, Milano writes, “I fell in love w/ (with) Scooby-Roo. I helped him get wheels. How could I not?”
