Charlie Sheen’s wife ‘didn’t change her story’, says lawyer

LONDON - Actor Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller’s attorney has dismissed reports that his client “changed her story” from the one that landed her husband behind bars on Christmas Day.

Sheen, 44, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief, following a nasty argument with Mueller in Aspen, Colorado.

After the incident, reports emerged that Mueller was angling to retract her claims in a bid to save her marriage.

But Yale Galanter, the lawyer representing Mueller, is adamant she has not tried to change her initial statement to police.

“That never happened, she never recanted and she never changed her story,” the Daily Express quoted him as telling E! News. (ANI)
