Miley Cyrus calls new pet dog ‘Mate’, her pet name for ‘beau’ Liam Hemsworth!

WASHINGTON - Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus is said to have named her new pet dog ‘Mate’, a name she is said to also affectionately call her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth by.
Cyrus, 17, who fell in love with Australian colloquialisms and common phrases ever since she started dating Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth, named the dog after her most favourite word.
“I just bought a little German Shepherd and I named it ‘Mate’ because I always say ‘mate’ now to Liam,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
“So that’s my little German Shepherd dog’s name,” she added. (ANI)
