LONDON - X Factor finalist Joe McElderry wants to be like King of Pop Michael Jackson.
The wonder boy claims he likes to dance and have fun on stage just like the pop legend.
“I absolutely love Michael Jackson. I like watching people who are wild on stage and just dance all over,’ the News of the World quoted him as saying.
He added: “That’s how I want to be.”
The 18-year-old sang a duet of Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me with George Michael on the show.
Speculations are high that McElderry will win the talent show.
A source said: “It’s a given - Joe will be crowned X Factor winner. It’s been a one-horse race for a while now.
McElderry said: “Winning would be a dream come true. I would be the happiest man alive. There’s nothing I am afraid of in the future. I want to grab hold of it.
“There’s no way I would let success change me - no matter what, I want my family around me. I’m not in this to be famous - it’s all about the singing.” (ANI)
