NEW YORK - Actress Liza Minnelli has settled the 100-million-dollar sexual harassment lawsuit filed by her former chauffeur.
M’Hammed Soumayah slapped the 63-year-old with legal papers in 2004, accusing the star of beating him during booze-fuelled rampages and forcing him to sleep with her.
Soumayah further said he had “physical evidence of his sexual relationship with Minnelli,” reports the New York Post.
A confidentiality agreement has now been reached between Soumayah and the singer, who was also accused of beating her former husband David Gest in the past.
Judge Paul Feinman issued a ruling saying “the entire action has been settled and discontinued.”
Soumayah’s lawyer, Harvey Mars, added: “The matter is resolved.” (ANI)
