Comedian KATT WILLIAMS has been arrested in Georgia on suspicion of burglary.

The star was booked into Coweta County jail early on Monday morning (09Nov09) on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing, according to TMZ.com.

Williams is expected to go before a judge later on Monday.
