‘family Emergency’ Forces Damon Out Of Charity Event

MATT DAMON has pulled out of a charity event in San Francisco, California on Thursday night (22Oct09) due to a family emergency.
The movie star was scheduled to host a OneXOne Foundation fundraiser to help boost money for the organisation, but he’ll be a no-show.
It’s not clear what the family emergency is, but WENN has discovered it doesn’t concern his wife Luciana Barroso or their two daughters.
As WENN went to press, it was not known if Charlize Theron, Carlos Santana, David Arquette and other celebrities booked for the event would be attending.
