Klum Files For Name Change

HEIDI KLUM could soon become Mrs. Samuel - she has filed legal papers to take on her husband SEAL’s last name.
The heavily pregnant supermodel submitted documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday (05Oct09) in a bid to make the name change binding.
A judge will sign off on the application by 20 November (09), according to TMZ.com.
