DJ AM: Remains Handed Over To Funeral Home

The death of DJ AM that took place on 28th of August is shrouded in a lot of controversy. No reason could be confirmed by the authorities even after the autopsy which was carried on Saturday last. His remains have been reportedly passed onto a New York based funeral home. Even now it is not clear, when and where would the funeral take place. Some sections of the media are saying that it might take place at Los Angeles.
Some fans were of the opinion that AM, a 36 year old celebrity DJ had succumbed to death due to a drug overdose whereas many believed that it was a case of suicide as he had recently broken up with Hayley Wood. The media had also focused on the suicide attempt by DJ at the age of 24.
DJ AM was found dead in his residence in New York City in the afternoon of 28th August, surprising all his friends especially Travis Barker and John Mayer.
As the autopsy could not achieve a proper result the authorities of the Medical Examiner’s Officer in New York have to carry on more tests which may take quite some time before arriving at a conclusive result.
The fans of DJ AM believe that he was a talented musician and the world of music has suffered a great loss with his death. At this juncture the most important issue with regard to the death of DJ was to find out the cause of his death.
