MUMBAI - Producer-director Subhash Ghai, who has spent over three decades in Bollywood, says one doesn’t have true friends in the film industry as people stick to one another for only mutual interests.

“I do not think we should try to look for a true friend in the industry because here a relationship is based on mutual interests and projects. If the film clicks, the bond goes stronger and if it fails, the bond fades out,” Ghai told IANS in an email interview.

Ghai’s next production will be romantic comedy “Paying Guests”, which stars Shreyas Talpade, Celina Jaitley and Neha Dhupia.

Marriage has made me responsible: Kailash Kher

Singer Kailash Kher, who tied the nuptial knot with mass communication student Sheetal Bhan a few months ago, says marriage has made him a responsible man.

“Married life is treating me very nicely. I’m happy. I’ve become responsible because now I know that I have to reach back home on time. It’s not like when I used to be a bachelor. Like every phase in life, I’m enjoying this phase of my life too,” said the 32-year-old, who got married in February.

Annu Malek likes multi-tasking

Composer Annu Malek says he loves multi-tasking and that’s why he not only indulges in singing but enjoys judging music-based reality shows as well apart from creating music for films.

“People today know me as a multi-tasker and I like it that way. I’m not just a composer or a singer now. I indulge in other things as well. I like doing more than one thing at a time. For me, even 24 hours are less,” Malek told IANS.

The composer, who has given hit songs in films like “Baazigar”, “Refugee” and “Munnabhai M.B.B.S.” among others, is currently judging a reality show called “Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega” on Sony television channel.
