Katie Price, Alex Reid ‘close to announcing marriage split’

LONDON - After a whirlwind 11-month marriage, it seems Katie Price a.k.a Jordan and Alex Reid won’t even make it to their first anniversary next month.
The couple are reportedly close to announcing their split.
The former glamour model’s advisers were apparently preparing a statement on Monday night to break the news officially, reports the Sun.
“The announcement is a formality,” a source told the paper.
“The truth is the marriage has been dead for months. Alex hasn’t been intimate with her for a long time and that’s a sure-fire sign with Katie that your card is marked,” the source added.
“They just never got on once the spotlight disappeared and they were left with the dull reality of their relationship. They just rushed into it hoping for the best and it has all gone pear-shaped. Alex is more depressed about it than she is. She was his meal ticket, and he knows it,” said the source.
The couple, however, has slammed reports that a third party was involved. (ANI)
