MELBOURNE - Susan Sarandon has revealed that she is happy being 64, even if her skin sags.
“I wouldn’t want to be 20 now. I know so much more, and I’m much more comfortable in my skin, saggy as it is,” The Daily Telegraph quoted her telling V magazine, in an Age Issue.
Sarandon, who split with actor and film director Tim Robbins after a 14-year relationship last year, says life’s too short to spend it worrying about your body.
“When I hear young girls complaining about superficial things … You’re at the peak of your physical beauty right now!” she exclaimed.
“Just enjoy it and stop worrying about your thighs being too big. If you’re upset with how you look at 25, life’s going to be tough.” (ANI)
