LONDON - Lindsay Lohan’s mum Dina is filing a lawsuit against TV show ‘Glee’ after poked pun at her daughter’s condition.
In an episode of the renowned TV series that went out this week, Gwyneth Paltrow guest starred as a substitute Spanish teacher.
She asked her class questions in Spanish, which included “Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?” and “How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?”
Thereafter, when she needs to leave the class and talk privately with a student, she tells them, “Please get into groups and discuss how many times Lindsay Lohan has been in rehab.”
However, Dina didn’t find the matter humorous and informed Gossip Cop her lawyers were “sending a letter” to the show on the grounds that it allegedly defamed Lindsay who, by all accounts, is working hard on her recovery.
“Lindsay has an issue that millions of people around the world are dealing with yet Glee is treating addiction as a laughing matter,” The Sun quoted one of the Lindsay’s rep as saying.
“I think they need to lighten up,” rep added. (ANI)
