Sheen’s ‘porn star tryst’ sheds light on flourishing sex trade in NYC hotels

NEW YORK - The recent report of actor Charlie Sheen’s secret date with a porn star in a posh hotel has shed light on the flourishing trade in some of New York City’s hotels.
“Not only do some key hotel staffers look the other way on paid sex, but they also make some of the encounters happen, the New York Daily News quoted an ex-booker as saying.
“The girls establish a relationship with a bartender, a manager or the concierge,” said an insider.
If an out-of-town guest wants a paid ‘date’ with a girl, the staffer gives her a call.
“They get a commission, a kickback,” he added.
Kristen Davis, who has traded in supervising working girls for running for governor said: “They were very elegant. A lot of guys who stay at the hotels go down to the bar and they’ll have a few drinks with a pretty girl. At some point, she hits him with a price. It’s an impulse buy.”
“Regular girls go for 500 dollars an hour. We booked porn stars for 2,000 dollars to 3,500 dollars an hour,” she said.
Most paid sex dates are arranged by escort services with fancy names and websites featuring pouting, nearly naked women.
A rep from DD Management Group, the top agency representing porn actresses, said most “high-priced escorts are usually also porn stars, models, or actresses working UTR - under the radar.”
“The girls come from L.A., Miami, London, Chicago or other parts of New York and they may do a three-day ‘tour’ in Manhattan, seeing anywhere from one to six guys in one day,” said the rep. (ANI)
