Tila Tequila’s ‘kidnap victim’ says she was never abducted

WASHINGTON - Tila Tequila’s alleged kidnap victim has said that she was never abducted.
A Los Angeles based photographer Garry Sun filed a complaint in court that Tequila kidnapped his girlfriend Shyla Jennings and threatened to kill her.
However, a rep for Jennings has denied all the claims that none of it ever happened.
“Shyla was not kidnapped. She has no idea who Garry Sun [the photographer] is. This whole thing is fully fabricated,” TMZ.com quoted the rep as saying.
Tequila’s lawyer Alan Gutman said that Sun “is a former paparazzi who was terminated from his role on Tila’s website and is now desperate to get back at her.”
“Sun’s filing shows that anyone can file anything in a courthouse. He will undoubtedly be held accountable by appropriate authorities for making these false allegations,” he added.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Anthony Jones has not yet decided whether he will grant the temporary restraining order. (ANI)
