Russell Brand, Katy Perry to marry sitting on giant thrones

LONDON - Lovebirds Russell Brand and Katy Perry will tie the knot Posh and Becks-style - by sitting on giant thrones.
The pair were said to have “burst out laughing” as they tried the ornate seats ahead of their traditional wedding this weekend.
The couple was blessed by a Hindu priest yesterday while 40 of their guests went on a tiger safari.
Russell, 35, and Katy, 25, last night threw a Bollywood-style feast to kick off their four-day celebrations - with dancers, snake-charmers and fires at the luxury Aman-i-Khas resort in Rajasthan. nsiders say Russell will arrive at the wedding on an elephant or white horse - in keeping with Hindu tradition.
He will be welcomed to join the gathering, set to include celebs David Baddiel, Jonathan Ross and Rihanna, after knocking on the door with his sword.
“They are very much keeping to Indian tradition. There will be feasting and dancing. And Katy will be painted head-to-toe in henna tattoos,” the Sun quoted a source as saying. (ANI)
