LONDON - An animal sanctuary which supplied owls for a Harry Potter film is in trouble.
The sanctuary is being prosecuted for alleged animal cruelty, reports the Daily Star.
Pensioners Veronica Mepham, 70, and her husband, Rye, 64, of the Rescuers Wildlife Sanctuary, Benfleet, Essex, have been told the RSPCA is taking them to court for cruelty to animals.
The pair, who supplied a tawny owl called, Cuddles for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, strongly denied the accusations. (ANI)
