To know Kate Moss is to be entranced by her, says designer

WELLINGTON - British fashion designer Luella Bartley has nothing but praise for supermodel Kate Moss, saying that to know her one has to be entranced by her.
According to British magazine Style, the designer praised Moss, 36, as a model, explaining very few can pose in the way she does.
“She enjoys being the character, whether it’s wellies and waistcoats, jumping out of a chopper in a field, or a vision of glamorous perfection in a gold turban at the Met Ball,” Stuff.co.nz quoted her as saying.
“To know her is to be entranced by her. Despite her fame, her extraordinary otherness, she remains the Artful Dodger,” she said.
Bartley, who is currently promoting her new book ‘Luella’s Guide to English Style’, in which she discusses why she thinks UK women have the best fashion sense in the world, also said that Moss’ longevity is based on her having a “steely core”.
“Whatever happened to the girl with freckles and wonky teeth who pioneered a skewed kind of undone beauty? Hear her cackle and you know she is still with us,” she said.
“Where Kate the girl next door meets Kate the image is in the vintage dresses, the diamonds with denim and the ratty blonde hair.
“Her girlishness hides a steely core, which accounts for her longevity. She plays common-as-muck from Croydon one minute and Lady Muck of Gloucestershire the next,” she stated. (ANI)
