ABBA ladies planning musical reunion

LONDON - Girl members of ABBA- Frida and Agnetha-are thinking of a reunion, almost 30 years after the group broke up.
Singer Anni-Frid Lyngstad, known to fans as Frida, reveals that she and former band mate Agnetha Faltskog have discussed working with each other again.
The pair has not performed together since the much-loved Swedish group folded in 1983 and 60-year-old Agnetha has been particularly keen to stay out of the limelight in recent years.
“It would be great to do something with Agnetha,” the Daily Express quoted Frida, 65, as saying.
“If we did, it would be hard to avoid all the pressure because of Abba. It could never be low-key,” she added.
The band, which has sold more than 375 million records, consisted of two couples, with Agnetha married to Bjorn Ulvaeus while Frida was married to Benny Andersson.
Both couples later divorced and the two men have previously ruled out a full Abba comeback.
But Frida has said she and Agnetha can’t resist privately weighing up the possibility of working together.
“We talk about it,” she added.
Since the band’s split, the stars of the group have appeared together only twice- in 2005 for the Stockholm premiere of ‘Mamma Mia!’ and again in 2008 for the film premiere. (ANI)
