A man accused of stalking CANDY SPELLING has been ordered to keep his distance from the socialite until 2013.

The widow of TV mogul Aaron Spelling claimed Diyahmi Farrakhan Muhammad had been caught trespassing on her multi-million dollar Holmby Hills estate at least nine times in recent months and she won a temporary restraining order against him earlier this month (Sep10).

Muhammad’s latest arrest occurred in August (10) and he was reportedly placed on psychiatric hold.

In her legal papers, Spelling alleged Muhammad “delusionally believes he personally knows and communicates with the Spellings” and he insists her late husband contacted him “through the television” and invited him to live at the property.

Spelling was granted a permanent ban on Wednesday (22Sep10). The ban will remain in place for three years, reports TMZ.com.
