Bob Hoskin doesn’t want a knighthood

LONDON - Bob Hoskin has revealed that he doesn’t want a knighthood.
At the world premiere of his latest film ‘Made in Dagenham’, in London’s Leicester Square, the 67-year-old actor said he would not know himself if bestowed with the title of ‘Sir’.
“Imagine waking up Sir Hoskins. I just wouldn’t know myself, I wouldn’t want it,’ the Daily Express quoted Hoskins as saying
“Everybody I knew who insisted on being called sir made my life a misery,” he added.
The legend’s career has spanned over 35 years during which he bagged a Golden Globe and a BAFTA and also got nominated for a best actor Oscar. (ANI)
