Williams & Barlow Reunite For Injured Soldiers

ROBBIE WILLIAMS stepped on stage with his former TAKE THAT bandmate GARY BARLOW at a benefit concert for injured British soldiers on Sunday (12Sep10).
The Angels hitmaker quit the boy band in 1995 to pursue a solo career, and stunned fans earlier this year (10) when he announced he would reunite with his former group for an album and 2011 tour.
And Williams and Barlow sealed their friendship in Twickenham, London on Sunday evening when they teamed up to perform their new duet Shame at the Help For Heroes gig.
Before introducing his old pal, Williams told the crowd, “Have I got a treat for you, this is one of the most amazing moments in my professional career so far.
“It has been 15 years in the making. My wife calls him my boyfriend, I call him my captain, you call him Gary Barlow.”
The pair was treated to rapturous applause from the 60,000-strong audience, which included British royal Prince Harry.
Enrique Iglesias, Tom Jones, Alexandra Burke and Pixie Lott were among the other performers at the show, which helped raise money for servicemen and women injured in conflict and the families of those who died in battle.
