Mayweather, Jr.’s Girlfriend Files Request For Restraining Order - Report

Boxing champion FLOYD MAYWEATHER, JR.’s girlfriend has filed a request for a restraining order against the star, accusing him of threatening to kill her, according to documents obtained by TMZ.com.

Police were called to Mayweather, Jr.’s Las Vegas home on Thursday (09Sep10) after Josie Harris reported an alleged fight.

The fighter was not present when cops arrived and the authorities are now keen to interview the boxer to determine if he will be arrested.

In court filings obtained by TMZ.com, Harris claims Mayweather, Jr. woke her on Thursday by, “pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head.”

She alleges the boxer struck her “multiple times in the head with his fist” and then threatened to kill her,” and that Mayweather, Jr. then began “dragging me on the floor and twisting my arm back… in attempt to try and break it.”

Harris, who shares three children with the star, also claims Mayweather, Jr. threatened the youngsters, saying if they “ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same way.”

Harris previously accused Mayweather, Jr. of punching and kicking her while she was seated in a car in Las Vegas in 2003. Charges were filed but dismissed in 2005 after Harris recanted her statement.
