Brothers Prithviraj And Indrajith Unite Again In City Of God

September 8, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Malayalam superstar brother Prithviraj and Indrajith have done many films together but they could not manage to give box office hits even though they have long list of hits individually.

Director Lijo Jose Pellissery, who had a hit debut with the Malayalam movie ‘Nayakan’, is going to try his hands in a movie with these two brothers in the lead roles. His movie will be titled as ‘City of God’ and it will star Swetha Menon, Priyanka and Rima Kallingal in the female lead roles.

The two star brothers gave one hit film together and it is Lal Jose’s super hit ‘Classmates’. Apart from this, they have acted in movies like ‘Oruvan’, ‘Nammal Thammil’, ‘Achanurangatha Veedu’ and ‘Police’. All of them could not do well at the Box office.

The script for the new movie ‘City of God’ will be written by Babu Janardhanan. The film will be produced by Anil Mathew under Mary Matha Productions banner.

The director of this movie Lijo Jose Pellissery’s debut movie ‘Nayakan’ was a big hit, which was an extra ordinary action film. So, would he like to go for yet another action flick with the brothers or he will try hand in a different genre?
