Subhasree is back!

September 8, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): For all of those Bengali movie fans who were wondering what happened to Shubasree, here is good news… she is finally back. shubasree got two big hits in Bengali films and took a hiatus from showbiz soon after. A year and a half back shubasree was riding high on the success of her movies ‘Challenge’ and ‘Poran Jai Joliya Re’. reports suggest that Dev is going to appear as the hero in her upcoming flick.

In a recent interview, Shubasree explained that she was contract bound with Shree Venkatesh Films until August this year, so she honored the pact and stayed away from other projects. Now the actress claims that since her contract is over she is free to work in other interesting projects as well.

Since August, Shubasree has signed three films, of which two are with Eskay Movies and the last one is with Mahuaa Bangla. In her very first comeback movie she will be paired opposite Dev, and Prosenjit will play her elder brother. The actress could not divulge details about her role because the script is not finalized yet. She was mildly surprised to find out that Dev is going to be her co-star in the next movie.
