Jeeva’s Vandhaan Vendran Starts Rolling

August 26, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Jeeva looks cool and elated with more offers in hand. The actor has got through a hat - trick spell with the success of ‘Thennavattu’, ‘Siva Manasula Sakthi’ and ‘Kacheri Arambam’. The actor has completed shooting his next film ‘Ko’, which is directed by cinematographer – turned - filmmaker K.V. Anand.
Jeeva’s other film ‘Vandhaan Vendraan’ will start rolling from tomorrow (August 27). The film is produced by K. Srinivasan of Vasan Visual Ventures, who has already produced Arya’s ‘Naan Kadavul’ and ‘Boss Engira Bhaskaran’.
Following the grand success of ‘Jayam Kondain’ and ‘Kanden Kadhalai’, Kannan handles story, screenplay and direction for this movie. Tapsee, who makes her debut in Kollywood with Dhanush starrer ‘Aadukalam’ stars opposite Jeeva in female lead role.
The film is reported to be a crime - thriller set in backdrops of Mumbai. Thaman will score melodies to the lyrical lines of Na. Muthukumar, Kabilan, Yugabharathy and Vairamuthu’s son Gorky. P.G. Muthaiah is handling cinematography and V.T. Vijayan is working on editing.
The film will be launched tomorrow morning at AVM studios with the entire team taking part in the event.
