The media reports that the actress who plays the role of Nell in the movie has already won praise for her performance in the role of a young girl possessed by evil.

“The Last Exorcism” is a mockumentary horror movie about the exorcism of a young girl. The story revolves around a troubled evangelical minister who agrees to perform his final exorcism for a documentary crew on camera. Ashley Bell shined in her role as Nell and the media reports that the actress is already getting Oscar Buzz for her performance in the movie. The actress in one of her interviews said that she has researched a lot for the role she played. Ashley Bell said that she fought extremely hard for the auditions, she read the books on exorcisms and even interviewed people who have been involved in the actual acts.

The producer of the movie, Eli Roth praised Ashley Bell’s performance in the movie and said that he wants her to win an Oscar for her role. The actress also said at the film’s Hollywood premiere that she feels her parents would be proud of her. Patric Fabian, who played the role of disillusioned evangelical minister said that Ashley Bell got into the skin of the character so well that it was scary to watch her on set.
