Rapper Twelve A’klok Killed In Shooting

Rapper TWELVE A’KLOK has been found shot dead in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The star, real name Argell White, was discovered lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to his back in the early hours of Monday morning (02Aug10) and was pronounced dead at the scene by officials, according to the local Times-Picayune newspaper.

White was a founding member of the record label Cut Throat Committee and released several albums through the company, including Listen Man and Cold Case.

The rapper’s cousin Soulja Slim - real name James Tapp Jr. - was also gunned down in New Orleans in 2003.
