Indian Idol 5: Top 3 Contestants

MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com) — The time has come for the judges to be strict and select the Top 3 contestants of Indian Idol 5. Though, last week only, Rakesh was being voted out, Anu Malik saved him as he is one of the quality singers of this season.

Swaroop and Rakesh were in the bottom two. Anu ji claimed that the supreme power shouldnt be based on votes. It seems judges show favouritism for Rakesh and Bhoomi, nothing personal but, competition should be even. Sreeram and Bhoomi do have the chances to make it upto the Top 2. What do you think?

But now, with the deadline coming up, we will see the elimination taking place today. Actually everybody is eager to know the results, and with the competition getting narrower day by day it is gonna be a difficult choice even for the judges.

Last night’s episode was more of a retro one with Dharmendra coming in as the chief guest. Dharmendra was seen pretty much in an interactive mood. Swaroop performed last and put a gala ending to the show. Lets keep our fingers crossed and see what happens. Can Rakesh survive for the second time ? Or, is it some new face that’s gonna face the trouble.

i think Rakesh is doing great. and if the judges saved him it is becuase they know he is the best. Bhoomi does not deserve to be in the top 3 because she is just not that good. Rakesh is the next Indian Idol because he deserves it

I totally agree with Abdullah,Sunidhi always have good comments for Rakesh but not good enough for Sreeram .i hope the judges do the right thing and not show favouratism.

Hi I am from South Africa and really enjoying Indian Idol. However, as we see it here, Idols is an opportunity for the average man from the street to become an idol and win a chance to do playback singing.RIGHTTTT?
By allowing Sreeram who is already a professional playback singer to enter…is denying the average man the chance. With that said…then why not let the other playback singers like Himesh Reshamia and Sonu Nigam also enter Idols. Its no wander Sreeram has never been voted in the bottom 3, because he is already a playback singer…Come On Guys…lets relook the entrance criteria…Allowing Sreeram the opportunity to even do a playback song while the competition is still on…is unfair promoting of a single contestant. This should have been done once the competition is over. Should he win Indian Idol 5, it would have been such a waste of the judges time searching for talent to then become a playback singer, as Sreeram is already a playback singer. They should have just advertised in the newspaper that they want all playback singers to audition. Sorry Sreeram, nothing personal, but this is truly a competition for the “AAM AADMI” and to give that person a chance to be a playback singer.
Good Luck to he other two contestants and hopefully, they do eventually get a chance to sing playback, because they have a faboulous and powerful voices.

i am from pakistan and i wana ask you that you have cheating with swaroop khan and you are in favour of rakesh which is unable and have big name in cheating AMIR KHAN you are judge 3 person but anu malik and saleem good madam is latto on rakesh why that is not fair bye
