Meet Don Rickles “Mister Warmth”

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — Hail to one of the greatest insult-comic of our time, Don Rickles studied at American Academy of Dramatic Arts. His first break was in the movie “Run Silent, Run Deep” (1958). It was followed by countless classics like Scorsese’s Casino. He has also voiced the lovable character of “Mr potato head” in the Disney classic “Toy Story”.

Best known for his comic timing he once famously said

You know, every night when I go out on stage to do my comedy routines, there’s always one nagging fear in the back of my mind. I’m always afraid that somewhere out there, there is one person in the audience that I’m NOT going to offend!

He featured in shows like Gilligan’s Island as a guest star. His latest appearance was on the “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’. In that show he was seen talking about buying an iPad and touring with Bob Newhart. The show aired on 7/19/10, amidst huge fan-fare.

He reprised the role of Mr Potato Head on Toy Story 3 released this year.
