LONDON - Brit rockers Kasabian have promised to throw a huge party and perform an exclusive gig to celebrate Spain’s victory at the soccer World Cup.
“We’ll play their victory party in Madrid, it’s as simple as that,” The Sun quoted guitarist Serge Pizzorno, as saying.
Spanish footie ace Fernando Torres reportedly played the band’s hit Club Foot pre-match throughout the tournament in South Africa in a bid to inspire his team to glory.
In turn the Leicester lords were rooting for the Liverpool striker in the Soccer City clash with the Dutch.
Serge said: “I’m buzzing that Torres is into us, absolutely buzzing.
“Our manager is getting in touch to get them along to a gig. Torres is a top player. He’s a lord.” (ANI)
