Hooters Swimsuit Pageant 2010

FORT LAUDERDALE (GaeaTimes.com)- The Spike TV audience and all the customers of the Hooters restaurant got a chance to feast their eyes on the gorgeous contestants of the Hooters Swimsuit Pageant 2010. The event was broadcast live across all the Hooters restaurants and on Spike TV at 8 pm on July 10. The 100 Hooters Girls competed for the title, crown and cash that was worth over $1,50,000. The hot girls were selected from the 455 Hooters restaurants and company owned hotels across the world. More than 17,000 girls across the planet were considered and only the best 100 made it to the final rounds.
The Hooters Swimsuit Pageant 2010 contestants were judged by a panel of judges that consisted of celebrities and well known fashion photographers. They were also shortlisted on the basis of public votes. The winner of the competition will get a chance to represent the Hooters franchise for a year and also pose for the Hooters Magazine and Hooters Calendar. She will also be a part of the numerous Hooters TV commercials. The event took place at the Broward Center For The Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The Hooters Swimsuit Pageant 2010 had more than just hot girls competing for a title and cash prize. The 100 contestants participated in a number of charitable events in the week leading to the swimsuit pageant final. The girls packed 20,000 meal packets for the hungry across the world and especially for the Haiti earthquake victims. On July 7 they also visited a children’s hospital. The girls also looked their glamorous best in their swimsuits as they posed for the Hooters Calendar and Hooters Magazine.
